Before you start

Pick your device

Fire TVAmazon Firestick
  1. Allow app installs. Open Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer Options. Switch on installs from unknown sources only for the app you are about to add.
  2. Add an IPTV player app. Use the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore to fetch an IPTV player that accepts an M3U link or Xtream login. We tell you which one works best on your model.
  3. Enter your login. Open the player, choose to add a playlist, and type the details from our WhatsApp message. Names are case sensitive, so copy them exactly.
  4. Open the guide. Let the channel list and programme guide load for a minute on first run. After that it opens quickly.

  1. Open the Play Store. Search for an IPTV player that supports M3U or Xtream login. Several free ones exist and the choice rarely matters as much as the connection behind it.
  2. Install and open the player. Accept the permissions it asks for. It only needs network access to work.
  3. Add your login. Pick the Xtream or M3U option and enter the details we send. Save, then wait for the list to load.
  4. Set your time zone and guide. If programme times look an hour out, set the player's guide offset to match UK time.

  1. Open the Apps section. Press the Home button and choose Apps. Use the search icon and type IPTV.
  2. Install a player. Pick a player that accepts a playlist link or Xtream login. Reading the reviews on the store page is worth a minute.
  3. Add your details. Some Samsung players ask you to add the playlist on a website using a code shown on the TV. That is normal and keeps typing off the remote.
  4. Pick your channel list. Once loaded, favourite the channels you use so they sit at the top.

  1. Open the LG Content Store. Press Home, pick the Content Store, and search for an IPTV player.
  2. Install and launch. Choose a player with recent reviews and an active developer. It should accept M3U links or Xtream login.
  3. Add the playlist. Enter the details we send. Many LG players give you a code to finish the setup from a phone or laptop.
  4. Tidy the list. Hide groups you never use. A shorter list loads faster on every restart.

  1. Open the App Store. Search for an IPTV player. Many are free to download, and some charge a small fee to unlock extras.
  2. Install it. Open the app and choose to add a playlist or Xtream account.
  3. Sign in. Type the details we send. On Apple TV, you can send text from your iPhone to avoid the on screen keyboard.
  4. Cast or mirror. On iPhone or iPad, AirPlay sends the picture to an Apple TV or a compatible TV.

  1. Pick a player. VLC is a free option that opens an M3U link directly. Dedicated IPTV apps add a programme guide and favourites.
  2. Add the playlist. In VLC choose Open Network Stream and paste the link. In a dedicated app choose Add Playlist.
  3. Choose a channel. Search the list, or open the guide view if your player has one.
  4. Send to the TV. Use an HDMI cable, or cast the screen if you prefer to watch in the living room.

  1. Install a player. Search the Play Store for an IPTV player with M3U and Xtream support.
  2. Add your login. Open the app, choose to add a playlist, and enter the details from WhatsApp.
  3. Allow notifications. This lets the player keep working when you switch apps.
  4. Cast if you want. Use the cast button inside the player, or your phone's screen cast, to send it to a Chromecast or Google TV.

  1. Find the MAC address. On a MAG it is on the back label and starts with 00:1A:79. On Formuler boxes it shows in the MyTVOnline app settings.
  2. Tell us the model. Pick MAG or Formuler in the trial form and mention the model on WhatsApp.
  3. We send the right details. MAG boxes use a portal address. Formuler boxes use an app login. We send whichever fits.
  4. Restart the box. After you enter the details, reboot once so the portal loads fresh.

Installation questions

How long does installation take?
About ten minutes on most devices. Most of that is waiting for the player app and the channel list to download.
Do I need to buy a special box?
No. A Firestick, an Android box, a recent smart TV, a phone or a computer can all run an IPTV player app.
Which player app should I install?
Any player that accepts an M3U link or Xtream login. When you request your trial we tell you which one suits your exact device.
What if my login does not work?
Copy and paste it instead of typing, check for a space at the end, and confirm the server address. If it still fails, send us a photo of the screen on WhatsApp.
