What we collect

• Trial form: your name, phone number and device type.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or email.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security.

The website sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Why we use it

To send your trial login, help you set up, answer questions and process an order if you buy. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract. We also have a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing trial abuse.

Who sees it

Our team, plus the services we rely on to run the business: website hosting, messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Telegram, and any payment provider you choose when you buy. We do not sell your data or use it for third party advertising.

How long we keep it

Trial requests that do not lead to a purchase are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept while your plan is active and for up to six years afterwards where the law requires us to keep accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. Email contact@iptvukfree.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
