Trial questions
Do you take card details for the trial?
No. The form asks for your name, phone number and device. There is no card field and we never ask for one during the trial.
What happens after 24 hours?
Access stops by itself. Nothing is charged and nothing renews. If you want to carry on, you pick a plan and pay once.
Can I have a second trial?
Each person gets one trial per device so we can keep the service fair for everyone. If you had a technical problem on your first try, tell us and we will help.
Which device should I choose?
Pick the one you will watch on most. If yours is not listed, choose Other and type it in.
Will you call me?
